"OKONOMIYAKI" Hiroshima Style
"Okonomiyaki" is a type of teppanyaki. As the name suggests, "okonomi" means "favorite", "yaki" means "bake" so it is the common dish in Japan that you can easily make with your favorite ingredients. The method of baking and the ingredients used vary from region to region, and this is Hiroshima-style. The main features of Hiroshima style are the use of noodles, the ingredients are layered and baked.
[Recipe for two-person]
- Cabbage 1/2pcs
- Small green onions 1/2 bundle
- Bean sprouts 1/2 bag
- Pork belly 3pcs
- Egg 4pcs
- Chinese noodles 2 bags
- Flour 100g
- Kayanosha powder or Hon-Dashi 5g
- Water 150 ml (5.07 oz)
- Appropriate amount of Salad oil, Okonomi sauce, Pepper, Aonori(dried green seaweed)
- 2 pieces fried squid snack (as you like)
