"NIKUJAGA"

"Nikujaga" is a very famous home-cooked dish in Japan. The method of making is different depending on the region, but it is a dish in which meat and potatoes are simmered in a soy sauce base.

[Recipe for two-person]

  • Thinly sliced pork or beef 250g
  • Potato 3pcs
  • Onion 1pcs
  • Carrot 1pcs
  • Shirataki noodle 1 pack
  • Sesame oil 15ml (0.5oz)
  • Japanese soy sauce 60ml (2.02oz)
  • Japanese sake 45ml (1.5oz)
  • White sugar 45g
  • Water 400ml (13.5oz)
